Actual boob separation, without underwire poking you. Unfastens in the back like a regular bra, so you don’t have to do acrobatics to get out of it after working out, but it also has a clasp on the straps to make a racer back so you don’t have to worry about them falling down while you’re running.

The thick band and it comes up pretty high. It almost feels more like a crop than a bra, but the cross back makes it easy to take off when I sweated through all the things.

Straps could be wider. They work fine for me - because of how they cross the straps hit on my traps and don’t dig in BUT I could see that being an issue for chestier ladies.

It has NO seams, so ZERO chafing! It's easy to get on and off with a combo of over-the-head and back clasps. It's snug without being too tight, and supportive but without creating uniboob. I wore this during a hot, sticky 6-hour marathon with zero discomfort or chafing.

It's pricey! Also, they sell out of colors a LOT, so it's hard to take advantage of sales. But well worth the splurge. Also when brand new, it can be difficult to get all three hooks done up.
